Condition of Goods
Some items for sale on this site are in a not new condition. Purchasers acknowledge that where items are antique or in a used condition that this will be indicated in the description, along with any notable defects or signs of wear.
Guarantee and Warranty
All products purchased from www.simplyinked.com are guaranteed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us, within (30) days to arrange for a Return, Exchange Authorization.
Unless otherwise indicted, used items do not come with any warranty as to their authenticity or origin. However, we use trusted and reliable sources and all sales are covered by our Guarantee.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed automatically by our software. However this does not provide automatic guarantee that orders will be accepted or shipped. Reasons for non-shipment may include credit card or other payment methods failing to be accepted by our bank due to expired card, insufficient funds or the card has been reported as lost or stolen.
An email will be sent to you when payment has cleared and goods have been shipped.
Delivery
Unless otherwise indicated during the checkout process, all goods are delivered by your choice of courier as determined by the selections in the shipping options. All courier delivery is trackable to ensure correct delivery. In some instances delivery may be by postal service. Under these delivery methods, delivery may be slower and may not have the same tracking capabilities, depending on the country of destination.All item list at free shipping will ship by Fexed ground,UPS ground, or USPS post.
Return Policies:
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange.
- When request for RMA number, please have the following information available: Your Name, Phone Number, Product Number, Product Description, Serial Number, Order Number, and your reason for returning the merchandise. Please e-mail your request to info@simplyinked.com
- It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least Seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product.
- 30-day money back/exchange guarantee (from invoiced date) for all return hardware products and defective products. There will be a 15% restocking fee or exchange for same item only.
- Any physical damage caused by mis-handling or abused shall void the warranty.
- We are not responsible for damage to the print-head or circuitry as a result of improper handling, storage or misuse. When removing protective tape and devices please be sure not to damage these areas.
- All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid. Products must be received within 30 days of the RMA number issuing date. Products should be enclosed in their original boxes and all original manuals and accessories should be included. Incomplete packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- RMA number should be clearly marked on outside of the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA process.
- We will not be responsible for any lost package and/or accessories during shipping.
- All parts with permanent marks on them will not be qualified for exchange or credit.
- All warranties are based on original invoiced date. The seller must be notified of any Defective On Arrival (DOA) products within 10 days of the invoiced date.
- There will be a 30% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments.
- Simplyinked.com warrants to the original purchaser only. RMA returning to the customer will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS. Other shipping methods can be arranged with additional charges.
- Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Purchases with free shipping that are refused or returned will be charged the shipping costs.
- No software is allowed for a refund or credit! We do not accept return on software.
